i do know there is a tacos de mexico on broadway and ugh... 6th or so? its so damn tiny and ive havent had the pleasure of eating there yet. ive only had their sweet delicious horchata.
But theres tacos de mexico on whittier blvd, the best is in Van Nuys near Roscoe, theres one in Hawthorne on Hawthorne and El Segundo Blvd. Theres another one in Whittier/Norwalk on Jersey St near that Walmart. lol. I tried looking for a website for them, since there are so many, but none seems to exist.
Maybe we should have a taco lover roundup and make a date.
uh huh. sorry. tacos de mexico is the muthafuckin BOMB! hot, delicious, mouth watering, tacos. its like, each taco was made with so much looove. and dont get me started on their sopes. *drool* and atacor, oh my goood, so good. king taco is just, eh. its really, in my opinion, juuust ok.
el atacor's asada is good for tacos and tacos only, their burritos are eh and their sopes are bad x 10.
Tacos Mexico? I go to the one on whittier and soto, that's taco's mexico right? If so, their asada is also ok, but its eh, i cant say anything about teh sopes maybe i should try them one of these days. But after ordering a sope form el atacor i'm a bit traumatized about buying sopes anywhere else wherei haven't tried the asada.
The other place that comes in close second for me is King Torta on Valley. Their asada, is pretty good, AND when you put lemon on it, it tastes pretty damn close to king taco.
I havent tried sopes from Atacor, but thaaaank you for the warning! I wont now.
The Taco De Mexico in Hawthorne and Van Nuys makes killller sopes. Hot beans, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, this delicious wet sauce and the best carne asada ever. Oh my yum.
I have been waiting to go to the one on whittier. i think ill go tonight.
Have you ever been to that one taco truck in Pasadena, near the 110 offramp. They are parked across the street from a storage place. now those, are delicious. DO you like steamed asada? vaporized i think ben calls it.
